9:10 pm Update

Stacey Lewis and Brittany Lincicome are headed to a playoff!  Sei Young Kim struggled today and fell to T-4.

7:15 pm Update

Congrats to J.B. Holmes.  Can’t complain about the man who shot the best round of the day winning.

Jordan Spieth would have moved to OWGR #2 with a win, but will have to settle for staying in 4th, but closing the gap to almost nothing.

Stacey Lewis answers a birdie with her own birdie.  Two back with eight holes to go.  Good stuff!

And it’s officially Masters week now!

6:40 pm Update: Disappointing End for Spieth Due to Casual Golf Fan’s Phone

At least he gets a T-2.  Would have liked to see him have a chance to hit a better bunker shot.  I lost my rooting interest; either of these guys would be a nice feel-good story.

Wow, Jordan has more class than me.  He said, “I heard something, or maybe it was just me.”  Says it’s not an excuse.

In the Dinah Shore, Stacey Lewis has pulled to within one of Sei Young Kim, as they finish up the front nine.  A handful of others within striking distance.  Lots of pressure-packed golf today.

6:20 pm Update: “This is a beauty.”

Why don’t these golf announcers just shut up?  Spieth hits one lucky not to be wet and that sits on a horrible slope, and the announcer assures us it’s “a beauty.”

6:10 pm Update: Clutch!!

What an up-and-down by Spieth.  Even Dubuisson will be impressed by that one.  J.B., Wagner, and Spieth get ready to play some more.

5:25 pm Update: Jordan Spieth, Shotmaker

“Low trap-draw.”  Sure would be nice to see this putt drop.

5:15 pm Update: Strategy

It is going to be interesting to see how Jordan plots his way around these difficult closing holes.  This is going to be intense.

5:05 pm Update:  Can Jordan do it?

After a frustrating day of watching Jordan which made me feel strangely like I was observing one of my own rounds of 108, he’s suddenly tied for the lead.  How do you like them apples!

1:30 pm

Fifteen minutes until Jordan Spieth tees off, leading by one.  This day holds promise of being a fun one.  Vic Dubuisson in with a 66, the best round of the day.  Too bad he had the worst round of the day yesterday…

Yeah, he just keeps making them. I was thinking so many have fallen lately, that he was due to miss one, but he’s a putting machine.
