Have had the tournament on for an hour. Horrible coverage. So little golf. Just commentary and interviews. The course is full of players and they show almost no shots. And they just finished a long review of the round shot by the player in dead ladt place.

Yeah, I halfway expect them to go wall-to-wall with the guy two shots ahead of Woods and tell us the storyline is “whether or not Woods finishes dead last.”

The coverage improved after they got finished freaking out over Tiger. By improved I mean they started showing people who are in contention or battling to make the cut. All the commentators seem bored because it’s cold, rainy and everyone is struggling. They had a conversation about Gilligan’s Island earlier if that’s any indication. By the way, it’s looking like Michael Hopper will prevent Tiger from finishing DFL. Between the crazy lies and secrecy and the poor quality of golf and golf coverage this week, I’m finding it difficult to stay a fan of the PGA Tour.

The coverage has sucked for years, just cuz Woods is sucking doesn’t mean there isn’t good golf….The golfchannel is like ESPN, they just have a way a ruining events….The networks TRY to hard to be apart of the story, instead of JUST showing the coverage….
